Terms of Service

Effective August 17, 2026

Professional marketplace

CoPractice Health helps clinicians and healthcare organizations find, evaluate, and manage professional opportunities. It does not provide legal advice, determine clinical scope, guarantee eligibility, employ marketplace participants, or create a clinical relationship by listing or matching an opportunity.

Member responsibilities

Members are responsible for accurate information, required licenses, credential verification, professional judgment, and independent review of agreements. No patient information may be uploaded or sent through CoPractice Health.

Listings and sources

Some opportunities are independently discovered from legitimate public sources and are labeled accordingly. A discovered listing does not imply that the organization sponsors, endorses, or partners with CoPractice Health. Availability and requirements must be confirmed with the original source.

Organization services

CoPractice Health may offer organizations recruiting, job-listing, provider-search, introduction, and managed-matching services. Any paid service will present its scope, price, payment timing, and applicable cancellation or refund terms before purchase or invoice acceptance.
