Our purpose
CoPractice Health is a professional marketplace for clinicians and healthcare organizations. It is not an electronic health record, patient portal, or clinical messaging system. Patient records and protected health information must never be submitted to the platform.
Information we use
We may use account, professional-profile, organization, opportunity, verification, preference, and business-transaction information to operate the marketplace. Profile visibility and introductions are controlled by platform policy and user choices; professional contact information is not made public by default.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, identity, security, analytics, and payment providers only as needed to operate CoPractice Health. Payment providers receive the business and transaction information required to process organization purchases or invoices. We do not place patient data or private clinician credentials in payment metadata.
Your controls
Members can manage permitted profile fields, visibility, saved items, and communication preferences. Requests concerning an account or professional profile will be handled through authenticated support workflows as the pilot opens.
